Clarity On What Matters
Know what to focus on and what to ignore.
For founders who want to move fast and get it right.
I help founders turn unclear ideas into structured, build-ready products that teams can actually ship.

Know what to focus on and what to ignore.
Clear steps to improve your product immediately.
Flows that guide users, not confuse them.
You stop guessing what to fix. Users stop getting stuck. Things just start working the way they should.
Real Estate / Property Management
GFL is a real estate platform for agents, developers, and property owners. I designed the partner dashboard experience across onboarding, listings, analytics, billing, and client management.

The dashboard was restructured around how partners actually work - listings, leads, and client activity were grouped into clearer workflows instead of scattered tools. Billing and property actions were also simplified to reduce back-and-forth between different sections of the platform.
Early-stage fundraising platform
Afro-X is a fundraising platform for founders, investors, and ecosystem partners. I worked on the MVP 1 experience, focusing on the landing page, onboarding structure, and early platform flows.

The first release focused on helping different user groups understand where they fit before introducing the broader platform experience. Instead of rushing into complex product flows, the experience was designed to qualify users and establish clearer entry points into the ecosystem.
Care coordination platform
A provider onboarding flow for businesses and agencies joining a multi-service platform. I worked on the account setup, dashboard entry flow, and service activation structure.

Service verification was moved out of onboarding and into post-dashboard activation flows. This allowed providers to create accounts first while keeping compliance required before receiving requests.
Early Education Platform
A website and enrolment experience for a Nottingham-based childcare provider. I worked on the landing page, content structure, and parent sign-up flow to help families understand the nursery and take action faster.

The site structure was reorganised around parent priorities like safety, programs, and enrolment. The sign-up flow was also shortened by moving non-essential steps later in the process.
Built for speed. Structured for clarity.
Clear decisions. Fast iterations. Less back-and-forth. Built for early-stage teams trying to ship without chaos.
STEP 01
We strip the idea down to the actual problem slowing the product down.
STEP 02
Flows, hierarchy, and interaction logic get mapped around real user behavior.
STEP 03
Interfaces are designed with implementation, edge cases, and iteration speed in mind.
STEP 04
Real usage, founder feedback, and product constraints shape the final direction.
Short thoughts from founders, teams, and collaborators across MVPs, product redesigns, and fast-moving product work.
ShipwithYuki delivered our project in just seven days fast, precise, and detail-oriented. The quality remained strong despite the speed. We’d gladly collaborate again and confidently recommend the agency to teams that value clarity and execution.
Lovable MVP AgencyMVP TeamDuring his time at Hawkish Group, ShipwithYuki demonstrated strong leadership and operational clarity. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, he consistently proved reliable, adaptable, and quick to understand systems and project requirements.

I’m Bright, a product designer focused on helping early-stage founders turn rough ideas into products people can actually use. Most of my work sits around MVPs, product structure, UX systems, and simplifying flows before they become expensive to fix later.
I like working close to the messy part of product building — the unclear ideas, shifting priorities, and “we need this figured out fast” moments. That’s usually where the most important design decisions happen. ShipWithYuki is a small founder-led design studio. I work hands-on from early product thinking to shipped interfaces, helping teams move faster without adding unnecessary process or design theatre.
I care a lot about how products feel in real life. The small decisions. The transitions between screens. The moments where something finally clicks for a user without needing explanation.
Outside of design, I spend a lot of time studying product strategy, motion, visual systems, and how great digital products balance speed with clarity.
Design should feel obvious once it ships.

No pressure. Just product clarity.
